White sage - 2 sticks

Burning white sage is a rite of protection and purification found in cultures Native Americans for thousands of years.

Sage is also said to have sanitizing and antimicrobial properties.

Always open one or more windows, or the door to create a draft to properly ventilate and evacuate smoke and positive ions (negative energies).

Light your white sage stick. Let it burn for a few seconds, then blow out the flame.

Move around the rooms along the walls or near the stones you wish to purify. After a few minutes, you should feel the energy changes.

Have a non-flammable container available. If you want to extinguish your stick while it is burning, simply pass the end directly under tap water.

Use with caution. The stick may become hot. Never leave burning unattended. Keep out of reach of children, animals and flammable objects.
